When you create an account, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, and profile photo. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the basic profile information those services share with us.
Fitness and training data
Apex stores the training data you create in the app, including the programs you follow, workouts you complete, and the exercises, sets, reps, and weights you log, along with your workout history and streaks.
Social activity
If you use social features, we store your follows and the activity you choose to share, such as completed workouts that appear in your followers' feeds.
Device and usage information
We may collect basic technical information — such as device type, app version, and diagnostic logs — to keep the Service reliable and secure.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Sync your training data across your devices;
- Power social features you choose to use;
- Communicate with you about the Service; and
- Protect the security and integrity of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service — for example, providers for data storage and data synchronization. Content you choose to share socially (such as completed workouts) is visible to users who follow you. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below, and we will delete your information except where we are required to retain it by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the Service.
